At Destined For Greatness, our young actors practice creativity and bolster their imaginations through the art of theater.
In this introduction to acting class, for children 6 years old and up, our young actors will develop familiarity and comfort with being on stage. Together, we will explore scene study, monologues, poetry and commercials. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their creativity, imagination and expressiveness, and to practice establishing and maintaining eye contact, balancing group dynamics and maintaining focus. We provide age appropriate monologues and classic children's stories for children to rehearse and perform. Our teachers encourage relaxation and concentration as key skills for acting and for life.
